I looked at the coaching industry and said:
ABSOLUTELY THE F*CK NOT.

"I had built a life that looked great on paper but felt empty as hell."
Before founding The Crew, I ran a thriving insurance agency for 16 years. I built it successfully. Won the awards. Checked all the boxes. Then one day I woke up and realized I'd built a life that looked great on paper but felt empty as hell. In my mission to figure out where I had gone wrong, I realized the problem wasn't me: it was the system I was attempting to conform to. This realization changed everything.
So, I researched. I put in the time and the money. When I found myself stuck, I hired a life coach. When my confidence waivered, I hired a mindset coach. With their help, I made big, scary changes and forged a new path forward. Good things were happening! I eventually added a business coach to the mix and in 2017 I launched my own coaching practice to share all that I had learned with other women. I had finally built a life I loved waking up to!
"Coaching should be about serving people, not getting rich off them."
But I soon began to sour on the industry that had been so essential to my own glow-up. I just couldn't with the exorbitant price tags, the gatekeeping, the guru culture, the egos . . . Worst of all, I saw how women looking for support were being taken advantage of both financially and emotionally. It was the opposite of everything I stood for. But instead of leaving the industry, I decided to lean in.
This is where I tell the truth. No inspiration porn. No fake positivity. Just real talk that makes you feel seen and ready to move forward.

I knew what to do: I sought out and thoroughly vetted the best coaches I could find — specialists who were exceptional at what they did and whom I could trust completely. Not because they had the flashiest websites or the biggest followings, but because I'd sat in their coaching chair myself. Every single one of them.
In 2024 I started The Crew as a rebellion against a coaching community that had seemingly lost its way. Ambitious women didn't need another guru with one view point; it needed a team.
What came out of that process is The Crew — six coaches, six specialties, one membership. Business. Mindset. Productivity. Health and wellbeing. Relationships. And weekly goal setting and accountability with me. All of it working together, because that's how real life actually works.
